Ours is an information technology and information management company.  The word noetic used in our name implies intuitive knowing.  We assume the meaning of this word of Greek origin in a broader perspective namely, a confluence of knowledge and service consciousness facilitated by technology. This holistic approach drives our all operations.

Our current thrust areas are:

Library Modernization
Traditionally the institution of the library has played the role of knowledge preservation and dissemination and thereby furthering the civilization competencies.  Realizing the need to support the libraries to harness the constantly evolving information technology we have opened an exclusive Division for the library modernization.  Promoting the professionalism in all the library operations and services is our mission.  We work closely with the library to assess its current and future needs and prepare a roadmap.  Accordingly we suggest a suitable technological solution besides other modernization strategies. Vidushi, our comprehensive library management software can be customized to meet the requirements. Training the library and information science professionals to handle the technology is also given a great importance in our operations.  We have completed a few assignments that involved developing a library right from the conceptual stage to the modern functional service outfit.

Document Management
Documents, whether in the paper or electronic form, play a major role in any office or institution.  Organizing the documents, tracking their movements and efficient storage for quick retrieval constitute the basis for any document management system (DMS).  We have developed one solution called DOER for this purpose.  This software is designed to serve as a productivity tool for organizations to handle the documents without many hassles.  We have implemented DOER at a number of offices.

Web Site Organization
A web site provides a distinguishing identity to any firm or institution in this digital era.  Organizing a web site is however both technology and art.  Selection of the technology platform and software tools for efficient operations of the web site is crucial.  That needs assessing the traffic generation, graphic contents and security levels.  Designing attractive site lay-out, structuring the contents with appropriate links and ensuring smooth transactions is another requirement. We take care of all these aspects. We have developed a tool called WCO to perform these activities.

Over the last seven years we have steadily built a highly committed team to design and execute several projects in India and abroad in the above fields. This team is lead by Mr Yogesh Palkar who has long experience in IT field. Our team has grown and now is a fine blend of youth and maturity and represents a set of skills, experience and aptitude to take on the challenges of information and services management in practice..

In order to disseminate information about the Indian publications widely we have launched an exclusive web-portal www.indianprintworld.com which allows the registered publisher to upload the necessary details about his books and magazines (new, old and forthcoming). This service is absolutely free and can be easily accessed by anyone with the net-connectivity. The information can be uploaded and accessed in 24 Indian languages. A special Unicode-based typing support for this purpose is provided. As a part of this service we provide free downloading access to the Book  - on the way to research
