About Yogesh S. Palkar

Yogesh S. Palkar is IBM certified content management  professional who has 15 years of experience in IT Industries and worked on different platforms for customized application.
He has worked in different capacities ranging from a hard core programmer to project manager to solution architect. Over the years he has been involved in end to end solution providing and high quality adherence in all the processes that included requirement gathering, analysis, feasibility study, design, development, implementation, maintenance and ongoing support.  Some of the major projects successfully handled by him are:  CRM – Customer Relationship Management for INrex Pvt. Limited- California, USA, GBS – Generalized Billing System for Vitrex Digi System – Ireland, Transport Management System for Zebra Cargo Inc-Manchester, UK,  Reytheon Services-Stuttgart,Germany and Telephone Answering Machine for West Slides Co-Ireland.
In addition he has executed documents and technical drawings digitisation projects like for Mumbai Marathi Grantha Sangrhalaya, HDFC, Illumine, Shri Deeplaxmi and several others.
Mr Palkar who heads the Noetic Technologies, has guided a team of IT professionals to develop several new products.  One of them is a document management system named as DOER having many advanced features.  To his credit is also the development of a library management system called VIDUSHI to serve all types of libraries.  To facilitate web-based operations of any institute he has designed and implemented a web content organizer (WCO) system.
